Extruder
Efficient single screw extruder with water-cooling force feeding system, and barrel with grooving in the feeding zone are designed to save power of main motor; Long L/D ratio and mixing head are designed to get perfect jellification and high output.

Corrugating machine
Its compact structure ensures the corrugated pipe forming machine running smoothly, so the equipment has a longer service life.
New structure of circulating water tubing system avoid the inertial impact happened in present machines with old design.
The tubing system connected with the mold block adopts "slip-on connection" and "Plane sealing ring" , it is much easier to change different sizes. You are not required to remove any tubes,
