Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd is a professional plastic extrusion production line manufacture since 2003.  The factory covers the area 4000 square meters. Our products include HDPE pressure pipe for gas or water transmission, structural wall pipe extrusion line, corrugated pipe extrusion line, 3PE production line etc. The products have been exported to Middle East, Russia, Africa, Turkey, Korea.




In order to achieve stable and reliable operation results, gearbox equipped with the famous brand Guomao gearbox, the box is made of HT200 gear type hardened bevel gear, the gear material is 20CrMnTi, shaft material is used of 40Cr. So that the production line has been able to run smoothly in the state. Screw adopts the technology introducing from Germany Battenfeld efficient solid-liquid separation screw. Feeding tube uses water jacket cooling system (circulating water) approach, using Q235 material. On the power system, the type of drive motor uses DC speed motor and the United States brand DiYitai governor. One 1680 diameter production line uses 150/33 high-performance extruder, the actual plasticization capacity can reach 1000Kg/h, the center height of 1750mm, length of 45 meters.

Advantage of thermal insulating jacket pipe production line:
